First time purchasing from Dan Vaden.

First time purchasing from Dan Vaden. I have heard mixed reviews on them but they had a Tahoe I had been searching for so I gave them a try. Do yourself a favor and ask to work with John. I have never had anyone at a dealership be as thorough and communicative as he was in my 42 years of purchasing. I called to inquire about the truck and he took the lead on everything. He was able to answer my questions before I could even ask. Very friendly, treated me like we had known each other since childhood. When we arrived we sat down with Clifford and he was exceptional as well. This dealership knows how to treat people! The entire process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. They had us in and out in less than an hour. Give them a chance! You will not regret it. Thank you Dan Vaden.

The Service staff doesn?t communicate at all to update you on what?s going on with your vehicle or if it?s ready when you drop it and leave it. They only communicate if you?re waiting with your vehicle. The Technicians do a very poor job with cleaning up behind themselves. Leaving tools and debris in your vehicle. The technician also won?t own up to breaking items inside ur vehicle and nor will the management compensate. No matter how small, minor or inexpensive if you break an item own up to it.

Poor Service

My daughter was told she had bought the wrong battery and that it couldn?t be installed. The service person was rude as xxxx and so was the lady at the desk when I asked my daughter to speak to her and hand her the charger phone! My daughter leaves, go back to the auto parts store where the battery was purchased & it was indeed the RIGHT battery for her car! She went to a service center and they installed it just fine without any issues at all! Work on your customer service and don?t turn people away because your service crew doesn?t wanna do the job! Also the lady at the desk, dropped my daughter?s phone as well while I asked to speak to her to find out why it couldn?t be done! If your staff doesn?t want to work, then they should walk out the door and you can find people that do want to work!

“Trust but verify” I’m a new Vaden customer and had my

“Trust but verify” I’m a new Vaden customer and had my car in for the 1st schedule service. When kandice my service advisor showed me the invoice, I made her explain to me the line items. The first one was tire rotation 24.95$. So I brought her to the car and showed her the chalk mark I had made on the rear tire. The mark was still on the same position and proved that they didn’t do the job. Now it gets funny. After a few abha, abha she suddenly remembered that the tech Jashamel told her that he didn’t do the rotation because he couldn’t find the lock bolt key. I looked in the trunk and it was on the spare tire where it normally is. So she knew the job was not done but still charged me for it? Wow I call xx on her story. They have lost my trust. Now how do I know they did the other stuff if they’re willing to stiff me for 25$. After leaving multiple calls the service manager Amanda is ghosting me. I will never go there again and you should be very aware of the way they do business.

Took my car apart without my knowledge, and said I had to pay to put it back together! Fired the technician for his wrong doing, but charged us thousands for their mistake.

Does not allow phone or email pricing negotiation

I’m basing this review on customer service. I called to get pricing and possible negotiation and was told by Ivanna that store policy does not allow that via calls or email. Isn’t this the point of internet sales? Sounds sketchy.
