Primary Sets
Essence Thief is an amazing set for Werewolf builds! Not only does it give us a mini burst heal AND good stamina sustain, but it also increases our damage by 10%!
New Moon Acolyte is another great damage set which boosts our weapon damage, critical and penetration.
Finally, Selene is one of the best damaging monster sets still in the game and also has a short cool down.
Essence Thief
LVL 50 – CP 160

(5 items) Dealing damage with a Light or Heavy Attack draws essence from the enemy that pools near them for 5 seconds. Drawing from the pool heals you for 3900 Health, restores 3900 Stamina, and increases your damage done by 10% for 10 seconds. A pool can only be created once every 10 seconds.

Selene

(2 items) When you deal melee damage, you have a 15% chance to call on a primal spirit that mauls the closest enemy in front of you after 1.3 seconds for 13364Physical Damage. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.
Alternative Sets
A good replacement for Essence Thief is the Hunt Leader set from Maelstrom Arena. New Moon can also be replaced with any damage set such as Briarheart or Tzovgin’s Warband.

(5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by 450 for 10 seconds. While this effect is active your Critical Strikes heal you for 100 Health. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and the heal scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina.
Tzogvin’s Warband

(5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you gain a stack of Precision, increasing your Critical Chance by 177 for 5 seconds, up to 10 stacks max. At max stacks, you also gain Minor Force, increasing your Critical Damage done by 10%. This effect can occur once every half second.

Start using Feral Pounce for the new Bleed Execute around 30% health or as needed to recharge your Werewolf Transformation.
Use Hircine’s Fortitude as needed for healing or sustain if at full health.
Heavy attack an off balance target for extra sustain
Companions
If you like playing Solo, this build can benefit greatly from using Companions! This Solo build will benefit the most from the additional healing and buff options a healer-focused Companion can offer, so if you are going to use a Companion I would suggest a full healer build for them.
