Drop off center has new random rules every time Igo there that aren’t posted anywhere sowhen you show upthey don’t take certain things that make nosense. And they have been rude latelytoo. Don’t plan ongoing here anymore that’s for sure.

I wished Icould give a-0review. Istopped donating tothis place and Istopped shopping here. Ialso discouraged myfamily and friends not todonate and buy here. Ido donate toother places. Everything here isover priced and Iwonder what they dowith the fairly new things that they donate tothem, because almost everything intheir bins isbasura (trash).

Not sure ifGoodwill realizes they are supposed tobe athrift store? Everything was overpriced, here are some example photos ($50for luggage?!). Not sure why they removed all ofthe dressing rooms. Plato's Closet and Style Encore across the street are consignment and have better quality items, dressing rooms, and better prices. You're better off shopping and donating elsewhere.

No dressing rooms soyou can’t try onclothes. Then Iask what their return policyis, YOU CANT RETURN!!! Only exchange! How isthat even athing? Also, the prices here are outrageous and the highest I’ve ever seen goodwill price things. Iwould rather goto Plato’s closet next door and pay the same price, get toTRY ONCLOTHES and beable toreturn things ifI needto. Plus Platos Closet clothes are hardly worn and instyle. Went tothis goodwill found ashirt Iliked picked itup and the tag came off soI picked itup and went topay for itfirst ofall went touse my25precent off and didn't realize you had totext acode touse itvery miss leading then Ishowed the cashier that the tag feel off and she gave the shirt toanother employee and they put a9.99tag onit when the tag that feel off was3.99now Iused towork for goodwill yeah there were people that took tags off and changed the price inthese case Ididn't due that Ihad totake aphone call otherwise Iwould had atalk with the iwil never donated our shopping eithetmanagement but Ididn't not buy the shirt Iwill think shotwicebefore shopping atgoodwill our donati… – show

Prices are very high. Promotion ofgreen tags at75% off were sparse! Black Friday was 50% off all color tags. Nolonger!! Store was clean and staff were friendly. Not very impressed with the lack ofaffordable items

One star because they removed their fitting rooms, and said they aren't bringing them back. Absolutely ridiculous. Itwould beokay ifyou could just return clothes for your money back, but you can't. Their policy isthat you can only use the money that you paid for returned items, towards other items (Not even astore credit, which would befine). Not having fitting rooms issure tocause them tolose many sales. Itdefinitely lost any sales tome, because Inormally only keep about 40% ofwhatI tryon.… – show
