@EarthLink Thank you. Finally an agent got on the chat and told me to call the 877 number. The phone person reconnected me to my account. My password was actually valid so it was an Earthlink webmail issue.

@EarthLink Currently I know how difficult it is BECAUSE I have your service & my modem cuts out 50 times a day. I'm not exaggerating. Like every 5 minutes or less my modem light turns red & starts blinking. Resetting doesn't work. I have to use all my hot spot data every month. It sucks.
